Industrial Peeler for Butternut Squash

Designed for butternut squash, the AP15 Peeler delivers completely peeled produce, including the removal of the top and tail. An operator is required to feed the product into the machine at a speed of 12 pieces per minute. The peeling head is specifically designed to follow the shape of butternuts, achieving a high yield rate of up to 75%. The top and tail removal feature is designed to remove the external portions according to the size of each piece without the need for adjustment. The peeled product is then discharged onto a lower conveyor, where deseeding will be performed manually. The AP15 can also be integrated with ABL’s chunking and slicing system if requested.
