Coconut Shelling Machine

CDML is a semiautomatic coconut deshelling machine.

One operator manually places the coconuts into a Belt with designed cups for the fruits.

After this the belt  will move forward, while the coconut will be held by 2 grippers , rotate 360° while  a turning blade system will make an incision all around the fruit.

At the end of this process the coconut will automatically return on front side of the machine through a conveyor.

The same  operator will place it for the second cycle.

A second crossed incision will be done into the fruits whom will be discharge outside of the machine into another conveyor.

After the cutting process the coconuts will be place into trails and inserted in a electric Owen for a pre-set time and will finally be manually easy de-shelled by the operator using small tolls.
