Bell Pepper Corer – Halver machine

The DDL40 Pepper Coring & Cutting Machine utilizes self-centering cups to guide peppers through a customizable, multi-step process. The operation starts with coring, where a rotating blade (easily replaceable and available in various diameters) removes the stalk, internal membranes, and most seeds. The operator can then choose between water and air spray options to eliminate any remaining seeds. In the cutting area, the peppers can be kept whole or cut into halves or quarters. The DDL40 includes a small belt for extracting the cores and a second conveyor belt for handling the processed product. The machine is equipped with all necessary safety devices for operator protection.
