Industrial Slicer and Chunker for Pineapple, Melon and Papaya

The GTF pineapple, melon, and papaya cutter is designed to be combined with the ABL AP15 peeling machine to obtain cut pieces that reproduce those made manually (Chunk).

The machine, fed by an operator, is capable of processing fruit halves coming from up to two AP15 peeling machines.

Cut style  (types) and dimension  can be chosen among chunks, segments (spears) or half-moon shape, with a quick, user-friendly (format) changeover  between cutting blades assembly  thanks to an easy-to-list crank mechanism

GTF allows to choose among six different sized bidimensional cuts of fruit, as well as two different  options when it comes to spear cut.
