High-speed Mango Peeler

MP90 is a semiautomatic peeling machine for Mango. The machine is available on the market in two models, MP45 and MP90, which process 45 and 90 mangos per minute. The machine can be used to peel one to two Mango varieties at a time as the machine is equipped by multiple peeling heads. A self-centering hand centers and transfers the fruit between two mandrels, where they are placed in rotation for peeling.

The ABL patented peeling head gently follows the fruit shape according to its dimension with the possibility to adjust the peeling depth. After, the peeled fruit is discharged onto a belt conveyor separately from the skin to avoid cross-contamination.
