Industrial Peeler & Corer: Mango, Kiwi, Orange, Lemon, Grapefruit, baby Pineapple

OP30 is a semiautomatic peeling machine for citrus (orange & grapefruit), kiwi and mango.
It is capable of peeling up to 30 citrus or kiwis or 24 mangos per minute.

This machine can be used to peel one fruit variety at the time or even two different ones since it is equipped with two independent peeling heads, allowing to produce two different product at the same time with just one operator.

OP30 is very simple to run: a single operator is feeding the fruit into the machine on interchangeable cups which varies depending on the fruit variety. Two self -centered hand will gently transfer the fruit between two mandrels that will put them in rotation to allow to be peeled by the ABL patented peeling system. When processing citrus fruits, a coring option is also available trough simple ON/OFF button.

The ABL patented peeling head will gently perform the peeling following the fruit shape according to its dimension with the possibility to adjust the peeling depth , as well as the fruit rotation speed even while the machine is running.

To complete efficiency and to protect mechanical parts, the machine features automatic and timed lubricating systems and centralised greasing.
